I’m loved the staff. They were very friendly and helpful with anything I needed. I was always able to call and get to the front desk with no long waits and the fixed any issue immediately when addressed. I had no major issues besides getting into the WiFi but they gladly assisted. Breakfast was great and the area was peaceful. A little on the expensive side for 2 nights but I have no complaints so I guess it was worth it !

When we first checked in Joe at the front desk was extremely kind, personable, extremely helpful & always had a warm smile on his face. To the AM Manager Mr. Anger is everything but angery lol. He was extremely hospitable, knowledgeable about the area gave great tourist tips such as the ferry ride in St. Charles. Asked how are concert went & helped us book an extra night. The lady that works the from in the am was very kind, also very knowledgeable about the area, extremely helpful anything we asked or needed they were there with a smile to help. The breakfast was excellent very filling & delicious. Over all it was an amazing weekend!!! Girls trip. Grandma Sharon, Momma Sonya & daughter Kristin! Thanks for making it memorable for us!

Staff was extremely accommodating to all of our needs. This was our second family reunion we held at this venue and will probably continue to do so.

Staff was friendly, and rooms were big! The price was fair especially for it being a concert/event weekend!
